TERMS

1. Volume of hair goods, overall budget and scheduling are negotiable factors when pricing complete productions.
2. First refusal rights and copyrights on all design projects from the neck up apply. Proper acknowledgments will be given on all company printed material, press releases, and press packets regarding the project, and copies will be mailed to Wigmaster Associates upon com- pletion of run/tour, rental or release of the project.
3. Wigmaster Associates has the right to make a photographic record of its contracted work, and access to any company video recordings for Wigmaster Associates portfolio, and for promotional use only. All appropriate credits will be given to those individuals involved in the production and release of such tapes prints and footage.
4. All estimates are good for one week upon written agreement and receipt of all approved design information.
5. A 50% deposit is required on total of prices and fees paid. An additional $500.00 will added per week beyond the agreed upon deposit payment date.
6. All balances will be paid upon the completion and delivery of work, and paid to an on-site representative on final day of scheduled work, or by registered mail to be received on completion date.
7. Regarding cancellations, all deposits paid will be retained by Wigmaster Associates without penalty.
8. Wigmaster Associates are not responsible for continuity, maintenance of design, or damage done by others to hair goods, not in their direct hire, or after contractual obligations and payment are complete.
9. Maintenance, repair, alteration and supervisory visits can be scheduled at day rate, and paid upon completion of agreed upon tasks.
